3 Yrs In Office: Chief Mrs Okwubanego Celebrates Gov. Soludo, Says His Leadership Is People-oriented, Development-driven

A philanthropist and a promoter of good governance, Chief Mrs Obby Okwubanego (Ada Tu Ugo Nawfija) has expressed satisfaction with the level of achievements Anambra has recorded within three years of Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s leadership.

In her words during and interview with the press, Chief Mrs Okwubanego said;

“I’m thrilled to celebrate the leadership impact of Professor Chukwuma Soludo, CFR as the Executive Governor of Anambra State within the space of three years.

Governor Soludo has enthroned and sustained people oriented governance since he assumed office and has made visible progress in every sector of the economy.

Since March 17, 2022, Anambra has recorded significant improvements across every sector including security, Infrastructural development, education, health, agriculture, environment, human capital development, ease of doing business among others.

Mr Governor has shown great commitment towards the actualization of a livable and prosperous Anambra State as captured in his people’s manifesto, exhibiting the highest levels of prudence in managing the resources of Anambra State.

He has achieved much with less, gave a new lease of life to the people who have been crossing two states to get to their home in Anambra, people who have never seen a tarred road before like the Awba-ofemili, Ikenga, Nawgu, Nzam, among others are now witnesses to the power of total transformation and opened more up for development with the construction of dual carriageways and flyover at Ekwulobia which is unprecedented in the history of Anambra State”.

According to Chief Mrs Okwubanego, turning around of Okpoko, employment of 8115 teachers, over 1000 health workers, free education, free delivery among others are testaments that Governor Soludo has the interest of ndi Anambra at heart, saying “I’m very exited that Nawfija is not left out, as Nawfija now has a feel of a good road, courtesy of Governor Chukwuma Soludo who listened to us and understood the importance of the road when we brought it on his table”.

“I therefore celebrate these milestones on the occasion of his three years anniversary as the Governor of Anambra and urge him to sustain this tempo for Anambra to continue winning”, Chief Mrs Okwubanego concluded.
