Improved Service Delivery: Governor Soludo Donates Digital Tools To Anambra State Civil Service Commission

… as Commission Chairman, Ezenwaka calls for staff training

The digital transformation of the state’s public service has continued to gain momentum as Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Thursday, donated to the Anambra State Civil Service Commission a set of digital tools to boost operational efficiency and improve service delivery.

Handing over the digital tools at the Commission’s headquarters in Awka, the MD/CEO of the Anambra State ICT Agency, Mr Fred Agbata, emphasized that the gesture aligns with the Governor’s vision for a smarter and more efficient Anambra, noting that the rollout has been extended to the State Fire Service, 2,000 newly recruited teachers, Local Government Heads of Budget, Planning, Research and Statistics, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Special Duties, the Disability Rights Commission.

He explained that the gesture includes the Smart School project, currently being piloted across 21 schools as a model for digital learning and 21st-century classroom transformation.

Receiving the tools on behalf of the Commission, the Chairman, Mr Tony Ezenwaka, expressed deep appreciation to Governor Soludo for the timely intervention, which he said will definitely enhance productivity, even as he called for a training programme for the staff.
