A tech-driven network of young professionals, Geeks and Founders Alliance for Soludo GEFAS, has said that it has rallied over 30,000 Anambra people for re-election of Governor Chukwuma Soludo come November 8.
GEFAS had recently unveiled its operational hub located at No. 10 Uche Ekwunife Crescent, Iyiagu Estate, Awka; aimed at reaching Anambra people and galvanizing them on the internet space for support to the Governor.
According to the Razor News, the group, headed by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Anambra ICT Agency, Mr Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata in a press release said the feat was achieved in just days, and that in days to come, it will do more.
It said: “In less than one month, Geeks & Founder’s Alliance For Soludo (GEFAS) working with the office of SPAD Political has reached over 30,000 Ndi Anambra, and we’re just getting started.
“A few days ago, we unveiled the GEFAS Space, the nerve centre of our voter engagement drive in support of Mr Governor’s re-election.
“As of today, our 21-person call team has connected with nearly 30,000 Ndi Anambra: answering CVR-related questions, sharing relevant information about the present administration & more, all with a goal to hit 200,000 direct calls before the end of October.
“It’s a mission control built for one goal: re-electing Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR. We will continue working hard to ensure that no one is left behind.”
On the unveiling of the operational hub, Mr. Agbata noted that the new GEFAS space will serve as a nerve center for community outreach, digital engagement and collaboration; reinforcing support for Governor Chukwuma Soludo and his vision for a smart, prosperous Anambra.
“This space is a reflection of our shared commitment to digital progress and what young innovators can achieve when we unite behind a bigger vision: the re-election of Governor Soludo”.
He said “GEFAS remains dedicated to driving technology and solutions that reach every corner of the state”, urging people to join the group as they pull back the curtain and open the door to fresh possibilities”.
