With another four years, the gains of the Governor Chukwuma Soludo-led administration will not only be deepened, but will firmly position Anambra as Nigeria’s hub for digital innovation and the creative economy.

The MD/CEO of Anambra State ICT Agency, Mr Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata, who stated this while speaking to newsmen at the Agency’s office in Awka, referenced Mr Governor’s blueprint on page 19 of the manifesto, noting that the digital agenda is anchored on deliberate investments in infrastructure, digital skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, social development and economic transformation through technology and the creative economy.

Mr Agbata, who is the Convener of the Geeks and Founders Alliance for Soludo (GEFAS), reaffirmed commitment to Governor Soludo’s pledge in the People’s Manifesto to transform Anambra into Nigeria’s digital and creative capital.

According to him, bold decisions such as the waiver of Right of Way fees have already unlocked broadband expansion, boosted digital capacity and laid the foundation for a vibrant digital economy.

He further emphasized that as Convener of GEFAS, the group remains committed to the 4 + 4 mandate, consistently taking the message to the people and reinforcing belief in the state’s digital future.

“With Mr. Governor, the digital promise is real. Solution continues, and Anambra is rising,” CFA affirmed.
